FUNDRAISING STRATEGY AND PLANNING

  • Assessment:
    Assess the effectiveness of your existing fundraising operation and administration, and recommend additions to or shifts in your fundraising activities.

    Create an overall development strategy and plan to achieve your revenue goals.

  • Case for Support:
    Build the case for support of your overall mission and flagship programs, including defining your unique value proposition, as well as articulating past impact and anticipated future impact.

  • Capacity Building:
    Train and coach your development team members to take on new functions and to tell your organization’s story more effectively.

  • Campaign Feasibility and Planning Studies:
    Conduct feasibility studies for various potential fundraising campaigns, e.g. your capital campaign, annual campaign, and major gift campaign. Based on the research and findings recommend how best to conduct a successful fundraising campaign.
