  • Fundraising Case for Support:
    I'll work with you to build a compelling case for fundraising support of your mission and flagship programs. Identify and communicate your needs and fundraising opportunities.

  • Board and Leadership Training and Engagement:
    I will design and facilitate board and leadership retreats and planning meetings. I'll coach and train volunteer and professional leaders in fundraising, governance, nonprofit best practice, and how to create a culture of philanthropy as a leader. 

Fundraising Campaign Feasibility Studies, Online Fundraising Campaigns

FUNDRAISING CAMPAIGNS

  • Capital Campaign and Major Gifts Campaign Feasibility/Planning Studies:
    I will partner with you to conduct feasibility studies for your fundraising campaign, e.g. your capital campaign and major gift campaign, and build a compelling and urgent Case for Support for your fundraising campaign.

     

  • Capital Campaign Planning and Implementation: 
    I'll work with you to design a capital campaign plan and guide you through the implementation, including the leadership/quiet phase of the campaign as well as the public campaign phase.

  • Online Fundraising Campaigns:
    I'll create an effective online fundraising campaign, and leverage matching gifts and peer-to-peer fundraising opportunities to generate philanthropic income.

Major Gifts, Individual Giving, Donor Surveys, Prospect Research, Major Gifts Prospect Indentification

MAJOR GIFTS

  • Major Gifts Strategy:
    I will recommend donor-centered solutions and strategies for launching or expanding your major giving program or major gifts campaign.
     

  • Major Gifts Donor and Prospect Cultivation, Engagement and Stewardship:
    I will work with you to design a donor-centered and personalized cultivation experience to engage your prospects and donors in meaningful ways before the Ask, and to steward your donors after the gift. ​

  • Prospect Research /
    Wealth and Capacity Screenings:

    I'll conduct in-depth prospect research and wealth and philanthropy screenings to identify major gift donors and prospects and develop a customized donor cultivation strategy.

     

  • Web Surveys: 
    I will design customized and purposeful online donor-centric surveys to ramp up fundraising efforts through this we will identify major gifts prospects and engage donors, members, alumni, and board members. 

Foundation Strategy is a team effort and partnership with the funder.

INSTITUTIONAL / FOUNDATION GIVING

  • Foundation Priority Setting & Strategy:
    I will partner with you to develop a strategy for gaining funding for your overall mission as well as specific programs.

  • Funder Identification:
    I'll research and evaluate potential institutional funders, both foundations, and corporations for your organization and its programs.

  • Foundation Grant and Proposal Guidance:
    I will review and guide revisions of grant proposals and prepared by your team. 
    ​I'll also coach and guide your staff on fulfilling reporting requirements and cultivating positive ongoing relationships with funders.
