FACILITATION AND INNOVATION SERVICES

Facilitation - Virtual and Onsite:  
I will help you get results by holding focused and productive conversations and meetings virtual or onsite. I'll facilitate meaningful participatory experiences based on the recognized Technology of Participation Methodology (ToP) and Liberating Structures that help generate consensus and groups explore, talk, and collaborate.

My online toolkit includes:

  • Meeting platforms: Zoom and Butter

  • Online whiteboard platforms: Mural, Miro, Jamboard

  • Online collaboration tools: Google Suite

  • Polling, presentation and quiz platforms: Mentimeter and Kahoot

  • Spatial audio sites: Wonder, Spatial.chat and others

Design Thinking & Design Sprints: 
I will work with you to successfully and creatively solve problems, respond to needs and opportunities for innovation, and changes in the environment. I'll apply the key elements of the IDEO design thinking process (from insights, observation, and empathy to ideating, prototyping, iteration, and implementation) and Design Sprints to develop new programs, meet new needs, or launch a new organization.

Strategic/Impact Planning and Change Management:

I will guide the process of charting your course for the next several years to achieve a clear impact. I'll partner with you to support transitions due to external or internal factors by working with your stakeholders to plan and implement changes in programs, policies, procedures, and systems.

Scrum Implementation:

I'll work with you to bring the Scrum process to your organization or program. I will help you achieve more in less time by introducing a successful framework known for its effectiveness and innovation power.

Team Building:

I will guide you and your staff to charter a process of building a cohesive team that is collectively responsible for achieving common objectives for your organization and takes ownership of your organization’s culture of philanthropy. 

Needs Research and Assessment:

I'll help ensure that your organization is meeting the current and future needs of your target population or service area and that your mission continues to be relevant - or provide information that supports a shift in mission and programs.
