An 11-session course designed for new olim pivoting into the Israeli fundraising and nonprofit sector. From identifying potential donors and crafting compelling funding appeals to implementing effective follow-up and stewardship strategies, participants gain an understanding of the fundraising process.  Co-led with veteran development professionals to mentor the next generation of fundraisers in Israel.

The Virtual Conversation – Jewish in America

Designed and facilitated participatory online experiences for 30–70+ Jewish leaders and alumni of The Conversation, a former long-time project by 70 Faces Media/The Jewish Week. These virtual sessions created space for meaningful dialogue around current issues impacting Jewish life in America. Through the format of a "virtual coffee," we explored playful, meaningful ways to connect with supporters in a digital landscape. Commitment, Innovative Agility, and Relational Team Dynamics. The session brought together 13 team leaders from Berlin, Botswana, Israel, the U.S., and Canada for an energizing, interactive experience focused on building resilience and leadership capacity across diverse sectors.
